Around the Creative World (9/15/09)
First of all, don’t worry. I’m not writing this blog in between swigs from a bottle of Hennessey next to my laptop. I’ve learned from Kanye’s behavior.
Second of all, I think I’ve only had Hennessey once in my life, so we should be good.
Third, here are the links:
- Speaking of Pepsi, indirectly, they’ve launched an online shop/social network.
- Bing launches their “visual search.” It’s like Google’s image search, but it’s intended to be used as a general search engine as well.
- AdAge: Coors Light Runs Fantasy Football Advertising Blitz
- Did we miss the telltale signs regarding Serena Williams U.S. Open behavior?
- AdFreak: Movie’s hoax campaign fools German media
- AIM has upgraded their service. Now you can chat with co-workers sitting right next to you even faster!
- TechCrunch: Harper Collins Turning An Excellent Mad Men Website Into A Book
- Did I mention Eleventh Hour is on Twitter?
- Jay Leno’s debut brought in 17.7 million viewers. And yet, the most memorable moment of the inaugural “comedy show” was a very “talk show” moment with Kanye West.
- R.I.P. Patrick Swayze
Brian Laesch will see you next week. He’ll be doing a 3,000 city tour to promote this blog…or not.

I like these “Around the Creative World” Posts. One week with Hennesey wouldn’t be so so bad, I mean what’s the worst that can happen?!? Oh wait. Nevermind. Keep up what you’re doing.
Thanks, Sloane. I appreciate the support. I agree that Hennessey would only add to the quality content in these posts.
